New security options of the 2nd generation Squid.link

The new generation includes two different gateways; the basic version, Squid.link 2B, and the extended version, Squid.link 2X. The new gateways support the newest communication protocols ensuring high flexibility, compatibility, and range of your solution. The battery backup on both gateways ensures your solution runs smoothly even in cases of power loss.
The Squid.link 2B – The gateway fitting your IoT solution
The Squid.link 2B is a multiprotocol, thoroughly tested, and market-ready gateway. The gateway supports Zigbee 3.0, WLAN, Wireless M-Bus, Z-Wave Plus, Bluetooth Low Energy, Bluetooth 5, and LTE. These communication protocols give you maximum flexibility for your solution and enable you to configure your IoT solution according to your needs.
The Squid.link 2B includes a CPU that allows you to run your solution at top performance. The memory options leave room for data storage and logging.
The Squid.link 2X – Run your IoT solution with top performance
Following the demand for more CPU power and memory, the Squid.link 2X is equipped with a powerful Dual Core ARM Cortex CPU and large memory. This makes the Squid.link 2X suitable for running large applications including, for example, artificial intelligence or run multiple applications at the same time.
The Squid.link 2X allows you to use the same communication protocols as the Squid.link 2B, giving you full flexibility to match your solution to your requirements. For tamper protection, you can include an accelerometer. The Squid.link 2X enables you to include RFID functionality in your solution by including active and passive RFID interfaces.
