Launching a new installation tool for collecting Wireless M-Bus data via NES meters

Develco Products is now launching a new installation tool for collecting Wireless M-Bus data via NES meters. All you need for installation is a Squid.link Gateway and a smartphone. Commissioning becomes really easy, and you can control the process from a smartphone using the web server on the gateway.

Key features include:

  • Searches NES meter to configure
  • Searches meters to collect data from
  • Configures data transfer rate, optional encryption key, etc.
  • Validates Wireless M-Buss connection prior to leaving the site

With the Wireless M-Bus module for NES meters, you can read consumption values from compatible wireless M-Bus devices, such as Gas, Water and Heat meters for the purpose of billing, visualizing, monitoring and more. The Wireless M-Bus module can collect meter data from all devices in range, and it can automatically decrypt the data from up to 16 meters. In addition, it can send meter data to HAN devices (e.g. the Squid.link Gateway) and In-Home displays, covering consumption and potentially a wider range of metrics from the meter.

The new installation tool will make the process of installing your Wireless M-Bus module easy and quick. No other equipment cost than a phone and a Squid.link Gateway, and the solution supports already installed meters as well as new installations. The tool comes as a box including a Squid.link Gateway as well as cables and power supply. We offer different license packages to match the needs of your business. You can choose between a single license package including a Squid.link Gateway and a single software license or a company license package including 10 Squid.link Gateways and a company software license.
