A flexible gateway for your smart system

The Squid.link Gateway is an open Linux platform including multiple wireless networks for communication with, sensors and alarms, smart plugs, smart meters, thermostats, etc. The gateway is modular and can handle many different wireless protocols at the same time.

The Squid.link Gateway supports Zigbee, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Wireless M-Bus, Z-Wave, and WLAN HAN networks. Communication with servers and e.g. smartphones can be established via WLAN, cellular networks or Ethernet (to local modem). The gateway includes processor power to implement local intelligence. The memory options leave room for data storage and logging.

The Squid.link Gateway is configured when put into production. You can also design the appearance of the gateway the way you want with different design and color options.

Updated generation 2 available

As technologies change, and components reach end-of-life, it is occasionally necessary to update our gateway platform. To reduce the workload for our customers and meet their requirements, Develco Products has chosen to group a lot of these updates in one common update of the Squid.link Gateway. The current gateway is being out phased by January 2021.

The new generation of the gateway comes in two variants: Squid.link 2B and Squid.link 2X. If you are interested in the current Squid.link Gateway, take a look at the Squid.link 2B, a facelifted version of the current gateway. It offers the same benefits as the multiprotocol, thoroughly tested, and market-ready gateway with updates to communication protocols, security, and battery supply. Get to know the Squid.link 2B.
